Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship from our warehouses within 3 business days, and it takes between 10 and 22 working days for the item to reach your doorstep. During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days to ship. We collaborate with La Poste and do not utilize relay points.


What if my order is incomplete?
As we work with various storage facilities and manufacturers, you may receive your products in separate packages. So, don't fret if you don't get everything simultaneously. Our average delivery times are 10 to 22 working days, although some packages might take a bit longer. However, if you haven't received your parcel 35 working days after ordering, we'll issue a full refund, and you can keep the item once it arrives.


Can I cancel or modify my order?
We promptly process orders, usually within 12 hours. Consequently, you have 12 hours after ordering to request a cancellation or modification by emailing contact@Idolust.com. After this time frame, your items will have already been shipped, making modifications impossible.


What if the item I received is damaged or defective?
While we collaborate with reliable carriers, there might be instances where your package arrives damaged. In such cases or if there is a design defect, kindly email us at contact@Idolust.com, including your order number, a description of the issue (wrong/defective item, etc.), and a photo or video. You won't need to return the product, and we'll reimburse you for the order amount in the form of a voucher. (If you prefer a different reimbursement method, let us know.)


What payment methods do you accept?
On our website, we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Cards as payment methods.


Is my information secure?
To safeguard your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and adhere to industry best practices to prevent its inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Credit card information is encrypted using SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no transmission method over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, we adhere to all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
