At IDOLUST, we strive to provide comprehensive product descriptions to ensure you know exactly what to expect when your order arrives.

Order Cancellation Policy:
We quickly process orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@Idolust.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, no cancellations can be made.

Address Errors:
Ensure your shipping information is accurate. If there's an error, contact us immediately to modify it. Modifications can only be made if your order hasn't yet been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). If your order is returned to the sender, we offer either a refund for your order (shipping costs deducted) or reshipment, at your preference. You are not eligible for reshipment or reimbursement until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:
We accept returns* for any reason within 30 days of your order's arrival. If you are not satisfied, simply complete our returns form, sign it, and send it with your package to the address we'll provide when you contact support.
