Exchanges, Refunds, and Replacements

If your return request falls within the 30-day return period, we offer you three options:
Exchange for Different Size/Color:
Exchanges are only permitted for size and/or color variations of the same product. Exchanging for a different item isn't allowed. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds and Vouchers:
The default reimbursement method is store credit. To receive a refund on the payment method used during your purchase, specify this preference on the returns form, but note that a 15% inspection, warehouse, and processing fee will apply.
This fee doesn't apply to orders exchanged due to manufacturer defects. Fees will be deducted from the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Only the final price paid (after any reduction) will be reimbursed. Discount codes or vouchers can't be reissued and are non-refundable.

Replacement for Wrong or Defective Items:
In case of a wrong or defective item, kindly email contact@Idolust.com with the following details:
Your order number
A description of the issue (e.g., wrong/defective item)
A photo or video

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds usually take up to two weeks to process. They must be verified for authenticity and submitted to the accounting department.

Return Process:
Each return request must be accompanied by a returns form. Complete this form accurately and send your item along with this form to the returns address communicated via email. For any queries, email contact@Idolust.com

Shipping Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. For refunds, the amount refunded will be precisely what you paid for the product, minus the restocking fee.

If you opt for an exchange, the delivery time for the exchanged item depends on your country of origin and typically ranges from 2 to 7 weeks.

Important Note:
For products valued over $50, we strongly suggest using a tracked shipping method when returning them to us.
